1. You're charging too little — so you need too many jobs
$150 × 10 jobs = $1,500. That's 10 schedules, 10 chances for a no-show, 10 customers to manage. Raise to $300 and you need 5. Same revenue. Half the headache. The math is obvious — the mindset shift is the hard part.
2. No deposit = no commitment
A customer who hasn't paid anything has nothing to lose by not showing up. A 30–50% deposit pre-qualifies every booking. If they won't put money down, they were never serious. You just saved yourself a wasted slot.
